CANADA
Canada's huge scale means that it is usually treated as two separate touring destinations. The East's harsh winters mean that most field sports take place between April and November, while the West Coast is a milder climate. Canada offers a high standard of opposition, however opposition of all ability levels and ages are available for – Cricket, Hockey, Basket ball, Netball, Rugby Union and Soccer groups with fantastic team spirit and warm hospitality. Sporting facilities are excellent. The majority of fixtures are against club sides with some school fixtures being available.
Western Canada
Whether it's the rugged pacific coastline with its patchwork of islands and bays, or the grandeur of the rocky mountains, Western Canada offers scenery on a breathtaking scale. Coastal destinations include the vibrant cosmopolitan city of Vancouver and Victoria, a charming port on Vancouver Island. Banff in the heart of the Rockies is an ideal touring centre, and the town of Kelowna set in a lush wine growing valley provides a more gentle contrast.
Eastern Canada
Tours to Eastern Canada are normally based around two cities. Ottawa, the national capital, offering chance to see the famous Mounties and Gothic style architecture, across the river a distinct Parisian flavour is apparent. Toronto offers cultural diversity, fantastic shopping and the unmissable CN Tower. Not to mention the spectacular Niagra Falls close by, one attraction not to be missed.
